CALL 911 FOR EMERGENCIES
Spring is here, and the snow is rapidly melting. Please be aware of potential road flooding. Check local reports to confirm roads to your destination are open. The county is closing a number of roads to keep motorists safe and roads in the best condition possible.
Please drive slowly and beware that the road edges can often be soft, drainage ditches may be deep, and the mud can get you stuck.
Check UDOT for State Route and Interstate driving conditions here:

In 2022, Cedar Mountain Fire Protection District provided treatment on subdivision roads to mitigate dust health and safety issues. Application of the dust suppression product for 2023 will take place once flooding from the snow melt has concluded.
Please practice safe driving:
Snow removal enables emergency access to our community in the Winter. It is a time consuming and dangerous process, often being performed during blizzard conditions or after dark.
Primary roads in the subdivisions are cleared first, with secondary roads the next priority. Then the roads are widened and fire hydrants are cleared of snow.
Please follow these guidelines to help make the snow removal process more efficient and safer for all:
